The point of hunting and fishing is to provide for the family. To put food on the table. Or at least that’s what we tell our better halves.
We have pheasants and elk, shot by Connecting Outdoors members, sitting in freezers waiting to be repurposed…into sausage.

Since the drinking starts upon arrival, all times are estimates.
The registration fee covers sausage making supplies, drinks and snacks. Everyone leaves with about two pounds of pheasant/elk sausage they helped create.
